“Sometimes people ask me about the difference between awareness and concentration. Awareness is not the same as concentration. To use an example, suppose you are reading a fascinating book, and you are completely absorbed in it. You don’t see anything else; you don’t hear anything else. That is concentration. But to know that you are absorbed in the book is awareness. Do you understand the difference?” – Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo
Wonderful
Would you say that the difference between concentration and meditation is awareness? Or something else?

Thank you! for your comment. In my opinion = Concentration is when you are observing something. Whereas Meditation is when the oberservor is being observed

Or when observance, the act of observing, and the thing being observed are one…
