Returns Policy


We hope that you are delighted when you receive your order, however if you’re not completely satisfied you are welcome! to return the item/s - provided that that the returns meet the below conditions. So kindly read them in full

Items can be returned back to us in the event of incorrect size, fit, colour, not suitable or even a change of mind for upto 30 days from the purchase date. Returns for these reasons are given a store credit - we do not offer refunds unless the garment in question has a MAJOR failure, such as faulty or significantly different than described. Our Returns Policy is in accordance with QLD govt consumer laws - please have a look at the QLD government website link

The provided store credit does not have an expiry date and can be used repeatedly till exhausted. We will also include a complimentary $6.99 store credit to cover postage for your replacement/next order


Faulty item/s or not as described

We are fastidious in quality checking with a second check done just before the item/s are dispatched. If an item is found to be damaged at this stage we will contact you with the option of re-ordering it for you (where possible), exchange for another item, store credit or a refund. Having said that, we realise that in exceptional cases a damaged item might slip through or an incorrect item is sent by mistake. If that situation does arise kindly email us at ' ' describing the problem and with clear photos of the fault(s) where applicable. We will organise the return postage and re-delivery of replacement item/s

Any returns due to faulty fabric or stitching (once worn/washed) will only be accepted within 30 days from purchase date. We may ask for the faulty item/s to be returned to us or supplier for assessment. Approved returns will be offered store credits only


I need to exchange an item

If you would like to return & request an exchange for another size or other item/s altogether, you can do so by emailing us, however we cannot guarantee the availability as it is dependant on the stock levels. We recommend returning your item back to us, then using your store credit to place a new order, however if you want the item/s in a hurry! or concerned it may sell out then we suggest that you purchase the replacement item/s and email to alert us of this. Once your returns are approved & processed we will refund the original order amount in full (only $6.99 for international postage) via the payment method used to pay for original order. Please note, the new order must be of the same or higher value - if it is of lesser value then the difference will be sent to you as a store credit gift card


Other terms & conditions for returns approval

  • Returned items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained so that it can be resold as brand new. You will need to cover the cost of return postage & we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number from Australia Post for your return as we do not take responsibility for missing parcels
  • Any returns that were purchased through Afterpay or Zippay will still receive store credits , therefore your personal agreement with credit providers will still stand and you will still be responsible for any scheduled repayments
  • Our store credits do not have an expiry date and they can be used repeatedly till exhausted. Store credit will also include the $6.99 postage fees so that you can either re-order the correct size or choose other item/s from our entire collection
  • Store credit can also be used to purchase gift card/s that can be used or gifted to others as well
  • Upon receiving the returned item/s please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return and issue a store credit. Once processed, you will be sent a notification email with details


How do I return my item/s?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

To begin the returns process please click the Returns Form (will open in new page) To find your order number please check the order confirmation email we sent when you placed the order - the order number is in the subject field of email & also on the top right hand in the body of the email as well. If you're not sure or unable to find it then please email or call us. Please make sure that you are using the same email to request return that was used to place the order. Follow the prompts to submit the returns request. It will be very helpful if you can include a note advising of any previous conversations

Once the returns form has been submitted kindly repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the labels and tags still attached and return the package by using the registered post or another track & trace service available at the post office counter. Kindly write the RA (Return Authorisation) number on the front of the parcel as well

Please obtain a proof of postage and a tracking number. Do not simply drop the package through the post box without obtaining a tracking number as the returned product (and the risk of loss of the product in shipping) remains your responsibility until we receive the package back and the status is marked as 'Delivered' Once we receive the item/s back the requested action (exchange or store credit) will be actioned within 3 business days
