
You don’t particularly expect happiness out of the path. However, you do expect sophistication and a sense of relief or confidence that something is actually happening. You don’t have to know where you are on the path but you need to know that you are moving and you are going to get to your destination. However, if you are too concerned with getting from here to there as fast as possible, you find yourself in a lot of pain. It is not how fast you can get there but the movement that matters. On the path, you are not stuck, but you are constantly moving. As soon as you switch on the stove, the food is cooking.
